We are the right place for your holidays: the best time of the year. On the sunny side of Ortisei, in a central position, just a few walking minutes away from the pedestrian area in the village centre.

Ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking tours in our wonderful Dolomites. Staying at our place makes it possible to have a holiday without having to use your car.

All holiday apartments have both wooden and tiled floorings, furniture of massive wood in the bedrooms and in the well-equipped living rooms with kitchenette.

Our all-inclusive services:

  • bed linen, towels and shower towels
  • free parking in our garage (1 parking lot for each apartment)
  • on request using of the washing machine and ironing facilities
  • ski deposit with ski boot drier
  • final cleaning included (basic cleaning has to be done by the guests. Should this not be the case we charge an extra 50,00 Euro for the final cleaning)
  • free W-LAN
  • Val Gardena Active - The weekly program is for free or for a reduced price for our guests
  • Val Gardena Mobilcard - free guest card for all public transports in South Tyrol
  • free entrance to the indoor and outdoor pool „Mar Dolomit“
  • not included: visitors tax for all people aged 14 and above

General terms and conditions

  • The apartments are available from 02.00 pm on the day of arrival to 9.00 am on the day of departure.
  • For arrivals later than 06.00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us by calling on our mobile (+39 338 4714814).
  • We do not accept credit cards.
  • It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments.
  • The apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers because there are no carpeted floors.
  • For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed.
  • Reservations are binding and conclusive only with a written confirmation from us after we get your deposit payment. If you cancel your holiday booking, we will keep the deposit.
  • At a later arrival or an earlier departure as well as not occupied beds, we charge the full amount of the booking. In case of cancellation, we don’t refund the deposit.

When canceling the booking, we charge the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 3 months: no cancellation fees
  • 3 months to 1 month: 40%
  • 1 month to 1 week: 70%
  • in the last week: 100%

Ski carousel „Dolomiti Superski“

Winter landscapes of unique beauty and breathtaking views in a network of 460 lifts and cableways for 1220 km of slopes: these are the key features of the renowned ski carousel „Dolomiti Superski“ with Val Gardena located right in the heart of it!

The famous Sella Ronda can be reached from Ortisei via Seceda cableway (5 minutes from Apartments Ansciuda).

Apart from the slopes, you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking, ice-skating and much more, everything surrounded by a majestic mountain scenery.

And - of course - our „Mar Dolomit“ indoor pool with its outdoor brine pool is a highlight even in winter.

Val Gardena in the middle of the Unesco-Natural World Heritage Site is always a good choice for both, those looking for sports and action and those looking for calm and relax:

Pleasant temperatures, a charming nature and an impressive mountain scenery are a guarantee for a wonderful holiday.

There are uncountable hiking possibilities, from an easy family walk to a challenging climbing tour: there’s something for everyone! Don’t hesitate to contact us for hiking tips or other information you may need for your excursions.

Thanks to our convenient position, you can start your hikes right from our house without having to use a car.

However, you can also choose to spend your day in total relax in our garden where your kids can have fun on the play tower.

Since we are a partner of the swimming pool „Mar Dolomit“ you have the possibility to use it every day for free.

How to reach us

Val Gardena can be reached using the Brenner Motorway (A22).
Coming from north, follow the route Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa. Coming from south, follow Verona - Trento - Bolzano. Take the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit. Following the well-marked roads, you should reach Ortisei in about 20 minutes. 
Travelling in winter: to avoid problems on snow-covered roads we suggest winter tires or snow chains.
At your arrival at Ortisei follow the yellow hotel route.
